DIRECTIONS: Remove the cap and twist the bottom of the pen clockwise until gel dispenses through the brush (it may take several turns the first time). Twist the bottom of the pen 1 full turn so triangle symbols align and a small drop is dispensed. Smile and brush a thin layer of gel onto each tooth avoiding the gums. Replace cap. Wait 60 seconds before closing mouth. Avoid eating or drinking for 1 hour after application. Apply 2 times per day for at least 14 days.
We recommend using the pen twice a day at least 1 hour before eating or drinking.

The triangle symbols are there to help you know when you’ve dispensed the right amount for a single application. Line up the symbols, turn the bottom of the pen so the symbols line up again, and apply the amount of gel dispensed to teeth.
